Dealer/Internal Staff members please use full ID: SP-***** / S-***** / XH*******
Mobile Number as registered in PYMIDOL, in case you forgot - confirm or update your mobile number in PYMIDOL first with the help of your dealer; then try to register again.

Pymidol Registration Status
If all credentials are correct still user is not able to register, ask dealer to check your registration status in PYMIDOL, as the status might be PENDING and only ACTIVE users can register on E-Learning portal.

New Dealer Staff please register themselves first on E-Learning portal, then try to login.
In case you forgot your credentials, please follow the Forgot Password procedure.

Follow this procedure only if you are already registered on E-Learning Portal.
Step 1:
Click on Forgot Password Link on the Login Page.
Step 2:
Enter mobile number from which the user has been registered on E-Learning portal, you will receive an OTP if number is correct.
NOTE: If it says - "User with the entered mobile number is not registered in E-Learning" but user is registered, then he/she is entering a wrong mobile number.
Step 3:
After receiving OTP - verify the OTP first, after correct verification -use the same OTP as your password.
NOTE: If OTP not verified, the password won't be changed.
